At PurrVoyage™, we want you and your pet to love every purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used pet products.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper use.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, processing times may vary.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
